| This project affects everyone one way or the other. At the moment we are looking at the service areas but it will not just be restricted to the service areas but it will be open to the whole stable. |

| All the companies are subject to regulatory issues and they will still be required to be compliant at the same time benefiting from the synergies. |

| 3. How will the lost jobs be treated – voluntary or compulsory retrenchment? |
| From past experience, we have never done compulsory retrenchments as it leaves a sour taste for the one going and to those staying behind. When we to retrenchments, we will look at all possibilities first before asking people to take a package, e.g redeployment. The danger of retrenchments is the its always the critical and skilled people who apply for the package. |

4. What benefits are going to be availed to staff across the Group? |
| Information is being collected and matrices being done. It's all part of the project. Some will be standardized and others will not be standardized. The project will come up with a position. |
