Transact and Win Promotion Terms and Conditions
The transact and win promotion will run from 08 April 2023 to 31 May 2023.
The Promotion is open to Old Mutual Group’s new and existing customers over the age of 18 years. If an entrant under 18 wins a Prize, he or she will be disqualified, and the Prize will be reallocated.
The qualifying criteria for participants shall be as follows:
a. To stand a chance to win a Prize in this category, Customers must purchase airtime worth at least ZWL1,000 OR perform a ZIPIT transaction of at least ZWL25,000.
3.1 Third and General Prizes Category:
- 1 X Dinner voucher at a luxury restaurant (e.g., Organikks) valued at USD200.
- 10 X Grocery vouchers valued at USD 50 each.
- 50 X Airtime vouchers valued at USD10 each.
3.2 Second Prize Category
To stand a chance to win a Prize in this category, Customers must:
- Perform a minimum of 3 airtime transactions with a minimum transaction value of ZWL2,000
- Perform a minimum of 2 ZIPIT transactions with a minimum transaction value of ZWL30,000
- 2 x Local destination Weekend holiday trips valued at USD750 each (e.g., Nyanga, Great Zimbabwe as per winners’ location)
3.3 First Prize Category
To stand a chance to win the first Prize, Customers must:
- Perform a minimum of 5 airtime transactions with a minimum transaction value of ZWL2,000
- Perform a minimum of 3 ZIPIT transactions with a minimum transaction value of ZWL50,000
- 5 x Solar kits valued at USD1000 each.
4. A random electronic draw shall be conducted at the end of the promotion period.
5. Winners will be announced at the end of the promotion period, and prizes will be disbursed within the month of June 2023.
6. There shall be 68 winners for this promotion, drawn across the different Prizes Categories
7. Only one prize will be awarded per participant during the Transact and Win Promotion. If a participant’s name is selected for a second time, it will be disregarded, and the prize will be reallocated.
8. Employees of CABS, Old Mutual, Advertising Agency, and their immediate family members cannot participate in the Promotion.
9. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which will be interpreted by CABS’ and Old Mutual’s appointed adjudicators whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding.
10. CABS and Old Mutual reserve the right to amend, modify or change these Terms and Conditions at any time during the Transact and Win Promotion
11. CABS and Old Mutual reserve the right to use any photography or video footage acquired during the Promotion for print or electronic media at no fee.
12. To redeem their Prizes, winning participants must present positive proof of identification.
13. Airtime Prizes shall be credited into winners’ mobile numbers as provided by the winners.
14. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered, or tampered with in any way.
15. CABS and Old Mutual reserve the right to disqualify any entrant it found to be:
(a) Tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Transact and Win Promotion.
(b) Violating these Terms and Conditions
(c) Acting in an unethical or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
